Letter of Complaint

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about the faulty items that I have just bought from your store.

On Friday, July 20, I ordered a pair of wireless LG speakers, and their reference number is LG10655. When the package arrived, it was not working as stated on your website. Although I carefully followed the instructions that came with the box, the wireless option did not pair with my iPhone. In addition, I even tried other iPhones, but the results were alike.

After trying all possible methods, I had to call your customer service number, which turned out to be the most disappointing experience of my life. Your staff was extremely rude and harsh. It felt like he was so stressed when I called that he tried to pass all his negative energy onto me. In the end, my problem was not solved, and I had to listen to all these disgusting and frustrating words.

I have bought goods from your store for 5 years and have never received any faulty products until now. This was my first time experiencing your after-service quality, which I hope is not the entire company’s standard. As for these speakers, I wish I could have used them yesterday, as it was my girlfriend’s birthday. However, it is no longer meaningful, especially with its profound impact on my mental health. I would like for you to refund this purchase.
